Problems with the passthru for the KR808D?

Is anyone else having a problem with the pt lasting? I have gone thru 4 in about 7 months. My first one with V4L lasted about 2 months then they replaced it free which that one lasted about a month. I then ordered one of their newer ones and it lasted about a month. I then ordered one from a different company and it was the older type and it lasted about 6 weeks, stopping today. Now I use it alot (as work from home) but still should they not last longer than this?

Puffice, they really should!

I still have my original passthru from almost a year ago, and it still works like it is fresh from out of the box.

While a big factor is how much you use it, whether it's an auto or manual, refilling and using fresh cartos, (and make sure you unplug it when not in use), it should provide you with usage longer than what you've been experiencing.

By all means, please send us an email here at customer service. Also, we'd love to get the defective passthru(s) back so we can see what the issue could be.

Sorry for the thread-jack. If it's an autopassthrough, and you over-fill your cartomizers, you may experience more instances of failure than with a manual passthough. There wasn't quite enough info there to give you much feedback. Auto or Manual? Do you refill? Exactly how is it malfunctioning?

Thanks for the reply, 2 were manual's and 2 were auto (one of the auto's was not from v4life. I also noticed that the newer one though I liked the feel of the bigger wire seemed kind of airie at times. Ok I will send all 3 back to you so you can analyze them. One thing I was wondering is are they capable of flooding out as I do drip into the battery side now and then but yet my regular battery's work ok still, even the first one I got but as I said I use the passthru the most.
