Problems with Vapor4life, need some advice!!!!

Hi i have been buying from Vapor4life for awhile but i had some items that were broke and wrong in a couple of orders so i sent them back all together in the same package with reason for returning and i know they received them on September 9th (confirmation receipt) it was over $125 worth of stuff, they will not send me replacements or let me know what is going on, i have sent over 10 emails and they will not return me the courtesy of letting me know what is going on, does anyone know what i can do to get my replacements or to get my money credited back to my credit card, i could really use some advice on this matter, they knew i was returning these items they even sent me a return label with there address on it but no postage so thats another thing i was out $10 for postage returning the defective and wrong items, Help please if you can!!!! It has been almost a month since they received the package.

I wish I could help but i washed my hands of V4L after my first purchase from them. I made an order , then literaly placed one more right after cuz i forgot the wow cartos i had originally come to get. I sent them an email asking if they could merge the 2 orders so i wouldnt get dinged for 2 shipping charges. The response i got was my orders were in an uneditable state. Really??? in five minutes the V4L team had leaped into action so fast that my order, which didnt even ship for 2 more days could not be combined. End result? I got charged 2 shipping charges. They lost a customer for ever and now I have turned at least 30 new vapers from my work away from dealing with that company. Hope they realize that my feelings are just in an uneditable state.........

MAN! You should get an award! That's like.... unbelieveable!!!

Actually I would contact your debit card issuing bank and see if you can get them to reverse the charges as fraudulent seeing as V4l is charging u for services and products that were returned. And while you have tried every attempt to rectify it with them they are unwilling to work with you. Watch how mych more compliant retailers get when they have to deal with financial institutions. Even better tell them that you are going to report them to the company that handles there credit crad transactions. I have heard of many an online retailer that has had there CC authorizing company pull there services when they learned of fraudulent activity.

I noticed nobody is willing to do ANYTHING unless you "make them look bad" or "light a fire under their a..."

Wow this place seems to be the absolute worst vendor out there. It is a non stop barrage of complaints! why do people still order??? Why are they in the list of approved vendors??? Why are they allowed banner ad's on this site??? I thought this site was dedicated to helping new vapors NOT get ripped off! Not ruled by the almighty advertising dollar!? I was directed to that list when I started here and told that they are ALL great. Makes me rethink going to that list to try new vendors.

So that's why ppl are posting things on here. Negative things. Things to direct ppl like you AWAY from places like this.
Don't worry. THings like this keep happening they won't be on that list much longer. The thing is that they USED to be reliable. Things have changed for the worst apparently.
I go to three or four different vendors and haven't had a problem ONCE. In fact, they've gone above and beyond.

To be honest They are the exception that i have come across. I really cant stress to people how i have just been blown away by the customer service that i have recieved from 99% of the vendors i have come in contact with. Madvapes....awesome! Alien Visions....are you kidding? Christy and Ben have written a personalized note on every order i have ever made. And i'm not talkin like a simple hello but paragraphs. Then I ran into the entity that is V4L. It was literaly one of the easiest decisions I have made. They are ahead of the curve people. This is a glimpse of what this can turn into sadly when you lose sight of what this is really about. IMHO they are now focused on one thing and one thing only. MONEY

I guess, but this has been going on for DAYS!!!! Still on the list. Banner ad's still popping up. :(

I've only been vaping for 3 weeks now, but I purchased my starter kit from V4L after reading a recommendation. To date, I have placed 4 orders with them. Every order was shipped complete the same day ordered. With the exception of 1 order being delayed by the USPS by one day, every order was received within 3 days of placement.

I also had a problem with 1 shorty battery that seemed defective (wouldn't hold a charge). I emailed customer service, received a response within an hour and received a replacement battery within a week (with my next order).

Oh - And every order received has included some freebies!

Just wanted to share my very positive experiences with this company. One wonders with their success, if some competition is not purposefully bashing this company. They certainly do seem to have a loyal following.

Am I bashing? Yes but you have to realize that when i recieve excellent service i applaud them and give them rave reviews, of coarse it is only logical that it should work in reverse too, right? All I have to go by is my experience and I gave them a shot because of the good things that i had heard from others. I in turn recieved what was IMO horrible, horrible service. So what recourse am I left with? Give them another shot? No. I take my hard earned money and give some one else the same opportunity to WoW me. Am i saying if they have met or exceeded your expectations to stop using them? No. It is my intention to warn people who are new or placing there 1st order that listen, there are better companies IMHO .
