Does a customer customarily receive a response after opening a ticket?
One of my questions was, do I have to send in the defective switch before I can be sent a replacement?
I still don't know about that one. I've had a USPS Priority box and bubble wrap sitting on my table for awhile now. If I do have to send it in, I'd like to know about that asap because of the extra delay of shipping it to TN.
Not knowing drives me nuts, and that's not a long trip for me at this point... I guess it's partly my fault for not purchasing a SB or other mod as a back up. This leaky %$@#&@!#% 510 I'm smoking is
