I am looking at my switches now and they are rubber... Should I be extra careful taking it out and putting it back in? I don't want to mess it up that's for sure.. Yea both mine are rubber housings.. No problems with them though.. And I change them often.. back and forth between 3.7 and 5v... I wish there were a switch on the outside of the unit to do this change.. But that is asking a lot I know..

OK I just re-read your post Casey. I always push them out with the battery so I should be fine then... I can see why you would break it pulling on the center post.. That just doesn't make sense.. but I am sure you see that kind of thing every day.. broken atomizers and switches..

That's right. I promised you they were on their way ;)

Should be listed by 5 tonight. Both resistored and non-resistored. So let's all just take a deep breath.... :)

A resistored switch for a Prodigy V1, Order # 17497.

See:
Ticket #4924282 10/23/09 (closed)
Ticket #8676832 10/28/09 (closed)
Ticket #1495839 10/30/09 (open)

I didn't get a response on any of the above. Was I supposed to?

Does a customer customarily receive a response after opening a ticket?

One of my questions was, do I have to send in the defective switch before I can be sent a replacement?
I still don't know about that one. I've had a USPS Priority box and bubble wrap sitting on my table for awhile now. If I do have to send it in, I'd like to know about that asap because of the extra delay of shipping it to TN.

Not knowing drives me nuts, and that's not a long trip for me at this point... I guess it's partly my fault for not purchasing a SB or other mod as a back up. This leaky %$@#&@!#% 510 I'm smoking is not doing the job.

If you do respond to this post, thanks.

They're going to make you send in the defective switch, MaxUT. That's the policy they offer, without exception. So, you may as well get that thing in the mail already.

Even if you feel your situation warrants having the replacement sent out first, I can almost guarantee you that they will not feel that way. ;-)
