    Somewhere between here and there
I am not new to HV vaping and have recently been thinking about purchasing a V2. I got a chance to see one up close that belonged to another forum member that lives near me and like the size and looks of the unit. I have read some here about many people having issues with it and am now second guessing myself about making the purchase. I have also seen some people say that their issues have not been handled. I don't know if alot of the issues are because of inexperience or it is the fault of the V2 but I would like a little reassurance that if I had a problem that support would be available in a reasonable amount of time.

As long as you take care of it, you should be fine.
Your switch will be upgraded with the o-ring so that should be a great start.

I own a Protege, and a V2. I do take care of them and haven't had any issues.

I have had a good experience with customer service........with my orders, I have no experience with problems so can't answer that one for you.

You can always return it within the window given if your not happy with it. I beleive it's 7 days.
buy it use it................no likes send it back.

I absolutely love my v2 haven’t had any problems with it at all! The only thing I don’t like is, now that I got it my protégé just sits on my desk begging to be used. As far as customer service goes I had a small problem with my protégé battery charger, which I guessed was out of there hands but I was answered almost immediately. My experience with there customer service has been fantastic, in addition I have always had fast shipping as well.

P.S. like .... said if you don’t like it you could always return it, but I think you will really like it

the V1, i had no issues with. the V2 is definitely better, but i have had some issues with. as soon as you post on here, within a day a solution is posted.

my V2 has become my primary vaporizer. i'd recommend this product to other people, but with me having experience with it, i'd have to tamper with it for them to make it work properly.

all of ps mods are great and the customer service is outstanding.

Its $70 for the base kit which is a awesome price for that kinda mod.

    limited lifetime warranty. no brainer.

plus you can try it out for 7 days and if you decide its not for you.....return it, but I don't think you'll return it. =)

buy some noalox to put on all ur mod's threads so extent thread life. anti seize as well.
    then you'll be set!

I am curious too if any of you have had problems with the 510 fitting. I have heard a few complaints about the 510 fitting being loose or something. I could get a 901 and just use an adapter.

My interpretation of what you have heard is this...........

The V2 threads are true..................the atty's aren't as true, so some fit snugly and some don't.

Snug is all you need, some people are trying to tighten it too much and damaging the adapters threads (could potentially damage threads on the V2).

    That's my take.
