I understand how the site works and I got it after the first few tries. As a programmer I also understand why it works that way.

However, I can't help but observe that a first time visitor to the site is likely to be confused and think that either they are doing something wrong or that the site is buggy. That's not good, regardless of the benefits it might have for internal bookkeeping.

At this point it might take quite a bit of programming effort to change things so that the site is more friendly to new visitors and the backorder hassle is still avoided; but it might pay off in the long run.

Meant only as a friendly suggestion - PS is my favorite supplier by a country mile!

MY First Post- Casey YOU are the BEST..But because of that crazy site I'm Always confused...There is a site I use and if you try to order something(put in basket) and if it is out of stock a msg pops up and says so....I'm ALWAYS confused anyway.lol....Keep up the GREAT work..AS ALWAYS!

Thanks Joe :). I know I can be confusing, but at least you won't waste time waiting on a product that's backordered for weeks at a time.

I don't see any reference to liquid on the site either.
I must be doing something wrong. I was going to check out your e-liquid but when I went to your site I didn't see anything at all. :(

We are no longer importing our liquid from China, and recently liquidated our liquid stock. We won't have liquid for the time being, but keep an eye out for an update from Steve in the coming weeks.

Hey Fiddler, Steve and I actually went in and tried to pull the code apart to try and change the text color to make it easy to see that the item is out of stock, but for some ungodly reason, we cannot find the tag in the CSS that set it up that way. Tried calling their customer support and got no help there either. But it hasn't been forgotten. Thanks for the tips.

Hello,

Sorry to ask here but I have two questions.

1: I seem to see no references about Pilot listed on the site any more, does this mean you no longer plan to carry that product?

2: when I received my two Pilots, one had a dead long battery. Unfortunately I went out of town shortly after (the same day) and lost track of where we placed the defective battery. However, I'd just like to go ahead and order 2 new ones, when available.

So, ultimately - Will you carry Pilot products again, and if not, can you recommend anywhere for replacement batteries?
