The above poster falls more in the former, than the latter as no statistics were stated.

Make it a stencil and print on the poster then they will take it down.
Or print it out and glue it on.

What gets me is in ky we don't have regulations on car emissions. Don't they realize all the huge diesel pick up trucks cause more harm than a ecigs "third hand smoke"
