RDA Project Sub-Ohm™ Edition CLT RDA V3 - I Have a Short?

So this finally came in the mail today.

Went to build on it, checked the ohms on my ohm reader and... 0.09 ohms. Unbuilt. Double-checked my other RDAs and they read just fine.

Built on the CLT and still... 0.09 ohms. I did indeed try it out on my brass Nemesis. The Nemesis itself stayed cool, including the button. The top cap and CLT got warm...ish. Like... a teeny tiny bit warmer, but not much.

I know trying it out is stupid because if that is a short and not a problem with my ohm reader not being able to read it, if I keep that up, it'll probably mean a trip to the ER. I've emailed vapordna (which is where I got it) because I had trouble finding an email for Infinite. I'm putting my Vulcan back on my Nemesis and, sadly, putting the CLT to the side until I either figure out the problem or get a replacement.

I should note that I did indeed rinse it with water before reading on the box that you shouldn't do that. To be fair, I have no clue what "special oil" is supposed to mean, and I'm not sure how the rinsing could cause this.

Oh yeah... I used my typical build: 24ga Kanthal A1 (VapoWire/TemCo), 1/8mm diameter screwdriver, 5/4 wrap, dual-coil.

Scratch that. I managed to get the center post out. It was not at all easy. I found that the insulator on the inside had a piece falling off. I messed with it a bit, ran a little water through it, and slowly put everything back together. If my ohm reader is to be believed, the short is gone!
