Sigh. I love my country but damn, sometimes being a small town Canadian sucks. I can't wait till the next time I go south so I can check some more radical flavors I wouldn't otherwise try.

One local place I go just gives you the carto that you sample (which is how it should be), another alcohol wipes off the tip between (which I don't really like).
