I wanted to take a minute to give Don of Backwoods Brew his props. I've not tasted any of his juices yet, so this isn't Fan Girl Spam. It is recognition of an outstanding vendor and a really good guy.
Don has two brews, Ejoker and BWB's RY4, that have become legend, and are hard to obtain. He was getting ready to offer a big batch of both. He could have just put them on the site, or offered them to his best and oldest customers. He would have sold every one of them. Instead, he posted a notice that when released, anyone could purchase just 1 of each. He added software to ferret out cheaters, and canceled their duplicate orders, giving everyone who wanted them a chance to have them. He even set up a "notify" option so everyone would told at the same time.
To me, this is the kind of thing that distinguishes the "men from the boys" in the vendor world. And i hear he makes some pretty mean brews. Can't wait to try them.
