Pros and cons of vaping

Also- my cost is high because I vape A LOT. I'm wondering if I need to go up on my nicotine. I'm currently at 3.

You do reduce your e-liquid consumption with higher nicotine levels IF it also causes you vape less.

I've vaped at 3/9/6 and settled in at around 12mg/ml. It all depends on how many packs a day you smoked before you started vaping and how much you vape. If you are a prior smoker and just started vaping you probably need 12mg to 24mg nic.

$4.50 for cigarettes? They are more than $13.50 per pack here in Chicago.
That is the cheapest cigarettes.

6 years ago they were $6.50 in Washington state.

I havent smoked in years so i don't watch prices the way I did.

I suspect I just really like it and the nicotine won't make much of a difference. But for the sake of science I'm going up to 6 Mls just to see if it helps. I go through a 30 ml bottle in 2 days. No joke.

Try 6mg/ml and try 12mg/ml. Cannot hurt anything.

When I started the shop that I went to sold me 3mg/ml and I was crawling the walls b/c I had just quit smoking. I bought liq nic and upped it to 12mg/ml on my own. Problem solved.

You're right. It certainly can't hurt. I'm wondering if I'm crazy but does te taste change with zero nic? I dropped my nic gradually and eventually got to zero, but it didn't taste the same. Is that my imagination?

It's not your imagination. Nicotine definitely has a flavor.
