Protank mini 3 or Aerotank

I am ordering a iTaste vv3 along with whichever tank. The size of the tank is not a concern between the two, just looking which one people have had the best experience with.

Also will these coils fit the protank mini 3 as well? Can't seem to find a clear answer.

I am trying to get a warmer and thicker vape will this setup accomplish that with a 50/50 mix?

I have a mini protank 2 and an aerotank I prefer the Aero it has better flavor to Me id go with the Aerotank I'm using I believe it's 100% vg in mine

The Aerotank is the better choice in my opinion - it is a dual coil for a warmer vape and you can adjust the airflow to work with your eliquid

Kanger is also coming out with an aerotank mega as well as a mini aero tank if I remember right

aerotank all the way, i believe the coils are the same on both. With the aerotank you get more capacity and a airflow adjustment and its a glass tank.

I'll go against the grain here. I have both, and except for capacity, I prefer my minis. Something about the base design makes for a perfect draw. In fact I just ordered another one off eBay for $12 shipped. Also there are mini protank 3's now that use dual coil if you prefer.

Hold out for the new Aerotank Mini (or mega). The Vape press seems pretty impressed with them.

If you absolutely need one now? Get the Aerotank. IF you can wait a little....get one of the newer versions coming out shortly.

I own 2 mini's and a protank 3 and the minis beat the protank 3 hands down. Never tried the Aerotank but would like to see what the ability to change the draw would make. As mentioned above i love the draw from the minis and they perform consistently as long as you don't let the juice get too low - tends to start gurgling and leaking.

Of the 2 choices you listed the Aerotank is the better choice. But even better still and not much more expensive would be the Aspire Nautilus BDC. Your tastebuds will thank you.

Page isn't coming up, but my Mini Protank 3 coil box says they also fit Aerotank, Protank3, Evod 2 and T3'D. If they're made for T3's/MT3's, older Protanks or Evods, they aren't compatible.

Well I just went ahead and ordered both. Like most I liked the adjustable air flow on the aero tank but wanted the mini for the size. 101vapes was out of the aero mini or I would have just done that. Will this give me a thicker vape?

IMO an aero mini pt is unnecessary because you already get all the air you need from the base design. My mini pulls more air in than my aero with holes fully open.

I have an Itaste VV V3, mini protank 2, protank 2 and an Aerotank. I can tell you an Itaste VV V3 is super light, awesome battery but with an aerotank or protank 2 attached it is wicked top heavy! I don't dare stand it up as a light breeze would knock it over, but with a mini protank 2 it is nicely balanced.

I really like the aerotank alot, especially with a handmade single 2mm microcoil stuffed into it!

The mini uses eGo thread whereas the aero uses the cigalike sized 510 thread.

Cosmetically the mini's fit flush nicely on eGo sized batteries; the Aero fits nicely on most 18mm tube mods.

Different juices will react differently to different air settings.
Not to mention the aero mini uses a completely different coil head design.

I love my aspire nautilus. I have had terrible luck with aerotank heads. I love it when it works but I have to add cotton to the head just so it doesn't flood flood flood. I really recommend a protank 2 with airflow control or a nautilus.

While I have not tried using the PT3 Mini coil in a MT3, I have tried a T3/MT3 coil in the PT3 Mini and experienced no leakage.
