It is completely your call here, but I wouldn't recommend anyone vape 2 part epoxy.
It probably isn't going to be good for you, aside from the horrible taste.:vapor::vapor:

its not inside the tank.. its between the pyrex and the chrome outer cup.. ill let you know if i can taste it. not too worried about it to be honest.

MVS gives no warranty on the Protank (in big red letters).

I asked about that in their forum here, and got no reply. I guess I have my answer now.

I bought mine elsewhere. Hope to have better luck.

i got an email back from them willing to exchange it, but the time it takes to ship to and from them isnt worth the $20 to me. i just wanted them to know they should advertise that its not the fancy case everyone else is selling.

lets start off with Ive had my protank for about a week and i love it, but...

the bottom stainless part of the tank has come away from the glue a bit and is a bit wiggly now. not enough to pull off of the pyrex, but enough that im a little concerned. is this going to be a problem? should i seek out a replacement?

I'm sorry to hear that, I have 2 of them and both of them are wonderful!

My first one came in a real nice watch type of a box, second one in a normal type box, both are working brilliantly. If I ever have a prob, I'll use food grade silicone to repair.... I've been in glass industry for over 40 years now.

Good for you Tay, if I ever have a problem I'm gonna send mine to you ;) I'd probably break it more trying to fix it lol.

I have had 4 protanks broke one. none leak on me. not a problem yet. just dont drop them on concrete or tile floors. before I broke it, it survived a 3-4 foot drop onto concrete. they are pretty tough. ya, its not like its feasible to get a stupid case everytime anyway, besides now you can get them for 15 bux instead of 20. whats the stupid case good for anyway? rather get both ohm heads in a cardboard box for 5 dollars less.

i just assumed it had a case because every other retailer has the case.. i could use it to store random vape stuff. my question was really if they kanger is sending those out without the case anymore or if this was an older tank (the ones where there might be problems with the glue). where are you finding them for $15?

btw i love the tank. it is easy, it looks good, it produces a ton of vapor plus the heads are cheap.

I have 11 protanks and have no problems with the glass wiggling around on any of them. I did get 3 of them in the black case, which is not fancy by any means, and the rest have been in a cardboard and plastic boxes, but still without problems. Occasionally I do have some juice seep out of the bottom seal to the body, but nothing much and it only happens after a few days of sitting. I've since started storing them upside down if filled and haven't noticed anything.

+1111111111+11111111111111 for the deal from ivape.net . I've gotten most of my tanks from them, btw use the code ........ to bring the price down to 14.05 each.

If it does come apart don't throw it away, try food grade silicone sealer or if you are willing to spend some $$$ there is this option

I thought this was a pretty cool idea - unfortunately you can't see juice level but this is no different from using the metal tanks on vivi nova's

Tatroe Tank 3.2ML Grooved

uses the bottom cap and coils - also available with out grooves
