Provari couldn't handle this.....

Try this: after the iso bath, put the whole thing except for the battery and the bottom screw into uncooked rice. it should be upside down, completely submerged into the rice. LEAVE IT THERE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK!. Then, put a new batt and try it. Some condensation in the display could remain, but the rice will soak up every bit of liquid there is.

Believe me, I've saved a lot of dunked things including several phones and iPods.

Update-I would change the thread title if I could. I have done the iso bath 3 times and let it dry a couple hours . Then I took the hair dryer to it, just in case it wasn't dry enough- since the suspense was killing me and had to try it. Believe it or not it works!!!! The screen is clear and it looks just like it did before and vapes just as good. I really expected to be sending it back tomorrow and had a box already to go, wow. Still can't believe it. I am much happier now than I was earlier. Thanks so much for the iso info guys. Will still wait to see what provape says about it.

It went swimming this morning. My neighbor called and I grabbed the phone the provari did a flip head first into my coffee. The vivi nova mega handled it well. The provari not so much, the screen is fogged up and I'm sure cream and sugar isn't the greatest for it. Sent an email to provape will see what happens. Only had it a month and a half. Oh well. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

I would never have thought to do the iso bath in a million years. Obviously there are a whole lot of very smart people on here, thank heavens. They saved me. The dinner is over dishes are done it is def time for a much needed beer. What a day.

I often take an iso bath myself when I can't get the stank out.

briliant. its been years since my last iso bath. afterwards i do i dry burn with a 4.2v towel. really hits the spot.
