Just FYI, the firing button lights up from the side. Maybe you just haven't noticed before.

There is a little LED on the circuit board to the left of the base of the button that lights it up, the frosted finish of the button makes it diffuse the light as if the entire button is lit.

Also if my finger isn't on the button and I shake my Provarii, the actual button rattles..... this is normal. The button isn't spring loded, but instead sits freely on top of the micro momentary switch of the circuit board.

The tight tolerance of the button hole in the tube and the buttons larger diameter at it's own base are the only aspects that keep it in position. Less wearable parts = less opportunities of failure and better dependability.

I suspect your Provari is fine.

They don't have a posted phone number. You fill out the request ticket from the site and they are really quick at getting back with you. I have 4 Provaris and none of them have any rattle or other types of noises. I have no doubt they will get right back with you and get your device working/sounding perfect,as it should be. Their customer service is top notch and fast!

I guess the rattle is something worth getting checked out.

As far as the light being centered. I have 5 Provarii, and all of them have the light coming from the left side of the button. I have had two of them opened, and you can physically see where the light is mounted on the circuit board..... To the left of the button.

Ok on the light issue just seemed when i first got it the whole button lit up no bigge i guess. But it does rattle pretty bad like the insides are loose and sometimes in mid vape it switches in menu mode. Anyway found where you fill out a return slip to get it fixed on the rms portal site. I must say i kicked it around for 2 months before i took the plunge buying one and like they say now i get it. Yes they are spendy but once you get it in your hand and you start vapeing there is no looking back or regrets. Anyone that is a serious vaper should have a provari the quality and the performance of these things are amazeing. Thing i like the most is you get the same vape from the start of a fresh battery til it dies no fadeing out at the end. Plus like everyone says they stand behind these things which is nice just glad i decided to gi ahead and buy one they are worth the investment
