Does the Blemished Provari's come with the battery and charger or do you have to buy them seperately?

RTD vapor or SuperTmanufacturing for the batteries... Buy the Pila charger, it is the best!

there have been a few reviews of the blemished, several people couldnt even find the problem until days of searching for it.
stuff like slightly faded logo, a scratch on the screw, a small flaw on the inside of the top cap, no matter what it is, it in no way affects the performance or the warranty.

what provape calls a blemish is what most other manufacturers consider manufacturing variences.
