Just looking at your V4L banner in your sig... Are analogs really that cheap in NZ?

Feels like I should be charging a battery or something... 13 hours later and I'm still on my first battery. I must be the lightest vaper around... And it's the smaller batteries. Running at 4 to 4.2 V.

I never quite realized how nice a constant voltage supply would be. Dial in to the perfect voltage and it stays perfect. This is vaping nirvana.

No, something isn't right with my banner. I was a very light smoker and initially I tried to add my expenditure. I think a pack of 20 cigarettes is about NZ$19 at the moment. Very expensive.

haha, Lucky you ! I've killed both batteries 2x already. They sure seem to charge fast. I've got a headache from hell testing all these cartomizers and atomizers. Now I'm testing liquid out by dropping the nic level and still keeping the throat hit. Fantastic solution to another problem I was facing.

I'm going to order 4 of the big batteries and the extender cap right now, lol.

i have another quick question with the provari and the batts..did anybody buy the batteries from the provari site and charge them like normal only to have them "die" just a few hours later??..i charged mine and i used it for a few hours and then the button started blinking rapidly and it was dead,i thought this to be rather strange so i unscrewed the cap took out the battery and then put it back in and it started working again. i know that the provari has protection against this kind of thing so you dont damage the PV or the batteries but does that protection disappear if you reset the pv allowing you to still use what little juice is left in the battery or was my battery never really dead to begin with??

me to!!!!I think I lost the blu somewhere

i didn't lose my blu so much as I went out of my way to destroy my blu once i got some real gear. Dripping into an autobatt is a really good way to make a piece of junk like the blu go away while still feeling like you actually got some use out of it before its "untimely" demise.

I also have the same problem.Charged battery shows 4.1 to 4.2 volts with multimeter same in ProVari.Using 18490 battery.2.7 atomizer @ 4.8 volts.About 2 hours battery checks 3.6 volts and light starts to blink.Enough to drive you crazy.Seems like I'm vaping more with the blinking light on then off.Wondering if a 18650 battery would be any different? Can't say enough how much I like this device but contemplating if this is the nature of the beast.Really do not like the blinking of the light as can pretty much tell myself when a battery goes dead.Could it be a software flaw? Still the best P.V. out there.

I have the same problem as well. I spoke to a ProVape rep via email --- he says a batch of ProVaris went out with the battery sensor a bit to sensitive. They can re-program the ProVari if you're willing to part with it.

Maybe thats why I think I'm killing batteries, haha. I'm not gonna part with mine though, I wouldn't care if it was broke in half. I would just tape it back together and keep on cruisin in vape heaven. I just order 2 of the big batteries and extender cap.

OH, that explains why my "dead" batteries are charging so fast also. LOL

That would explain it . Mine starts blinking at 3.6 V.
Next time yours starts blinking check your battery level via the ProVari and double check with a DMM.

When it reads 3.6 remove the battery and then put it back in this has happ to mine a couple times.... When I reinsert the battery the flashing goes away and it goes up to 3.9 and then all is well again...

Sent from somewhere in my daily travels....

Thanks Nick. I did do that but it consistently starts at 3.6v (without an amp trip) and reinsertion doesn't work for long. The battery has hours left in it -- it's a minor ,fixable issue. Annoying, but annoying enough for a temporary separation?

Mine was shipped on 1/13/2011.

Wouldn't blame you for not wanting to send it back from the UK -- It is important to note that while this blinking notification is annoying it does not stop you from vaping until battery depletion.

Should this issue have been discovered before dispatch? Fair question.

This is the only flaw I've found with the device and the only hiccup from ProVape thus far. I love this thing, it's given me the satisfaction from vaping I've longed for. Your ProVari or your wife -- er,ah.....
