Mine has arrived and I have to say this is nice. First impressions, very sturdy, well built. A little heavier than I was expecting but I can get used to it. First thing I did was throw the 18650s on the charger, couldn't wait, grabbed a AW17670 and threw in there. It was a little loose but worked out with the extention cap just fine. Took about an hour for the 18650s to charge, then I swapped them out.

Bought this thing for the features and haven't been disappointed at all. I did notice that the atty ohms is a little high by .2 checked against my Fluke meter, not that big a deal, I can compensate for it. Really nice to be able to change voltage on the fly without a screw driver, and double nice to not to have to break out my volt meter to see what it's set at or to check atty ohms. I believe I'm going to have a long relationship with my new PV!

Almost all attys generally are on the high side of their rated resistance by .2. Less warranty problems that way. Since lower resistance = shorter lifespan= more warranty replacement. The ProVari's resistance meter probably doesn't account for it's own internal resistance, just like most DMM's don't. Fluke allows recalibration to offset that, but many do not. My meter is always .3 high.

finally home with provari in hand, what a glorious day, albeit a very long one inside the provari time warp. now the final stage of waiting for the batts to charge. they get 1 hour that is the extent of my patience. And a special shout out to cuseguy for making this day extra slow for knowing he had his in hand long before me ;)

I am vaped out, both ProVari batteries are dead and all my juice is all gone! Not really, I am still busy exploring the intricacies of this fine device. I have gone through an awful lot of juice today, I really wish I had to leave mine in my mailbox for 10 hours and thinking about it every moment!

It just occurred to me that I had not stopped back in here to give any interested folks an update on my dysfunctional Provari. To the best of my knowledge my unit is the only one that has had to be returned for exchange due to a circuitry problem. Out of the hundreds that have been made that says a lot about the Quality of the Provari and I'm here to attest to the Quality of Provape the company. It says a lot about my luck as well but that's another story. lol

As you all could imagine, I was not a happy camper when my unit bit the dust on me after waiting so long to receive it. I emailed Provape about the problem and we tried a few things but it became clear that I had to return it.
Well.... The guys at Provape handled my issue with super fast speed and professionalism. I shipped my unit back to them last Friday afternoon and I had a new Provari on Monday afternoon. That's from the west coast to the east coast! How much more could you ask for?

These guys not only know how to build a kick-a.. PV but they know how to run a respectable business. And THAT's what makes all the difference in the world to me.

Thank you guys for turning a bad experience into a refreshingly good one. You guys ROCK!

mine just flashed an e4 error at me and so i cleaned the contacts (using a map tank and if you aren't careful with the seals it can leak through the tube on to the batt connection) and it went away. I'm hoping that's all it was. scared the crap out of me though.

I love how it keeps attys & itself from blowing up! So awesome!
