After much thought between ego twist and other various vv e cig such as lava tube. And getting smallest size e cig i could get, with lots of vap. I just came down to size=more vap, or so i found. I gave up on the small size, and tired of this vs that, and just got the normal provari v2. I am hoping price aside i made the right desicion. It was currently on sale $159. Though that may be a normal thing. What are anyone's thoughts? I am extremely eager to get this thing. Any provari users that have tips are appreciated.

Provari FTW :D I do have one tip for you. Try not to press the button too fast while going through the menu. I sent them an e-mail about this just because I thought mine was defective and I didn't know any better. Turns out it's normal that if you hit the button too fast it may not do anything and then the next time its pressed it will act as if you pressed it twice. But that's the only problem I've seen and other than that it works perfectly. Have fun you won't regret that purchase.

Thats what i was hoping to here. Thanks. Any certain tank? Or the one through them?

Any DCT tank works fine. They are cheap. They normally come with a dual coil 1.5 ohm cartomizer but I take it out and use a 3.0 ohm single coil @ around 5V. The cartomizers need to be 45mm in length (not counting the battery threads). You can buy them prepunched with the flange (cost more) or you can buy them without the holes and flange and just punch them yourself using a saddle valve.

While your waiting for your never to be regretted purchase to arrive, study up on how voltage and resistance relate to optimum vaping. It's definitely possible to make the ProVari do bad things and make for a bad vaping experience.

Tank-wise, I got the Vision Vivi Nova a couple weeks ago and can't speak highly enough about it. No polyfil to mute the flavour of my juices and vapour production is incredible. It also looks great on the ProVari and you can get metal tubes for it if the plastic one turns you off. If you go this route, get version 2 unless you don't mind doing a little fiddling with things to make them work the best.

Also if you go this route, good settings to start with and tune to your liking:
2.4 ohm head - 3.7-3.8 volts works well for me
2.8 ohm head - 4.1-4.2 volts works well for me

There's a VERY brief break-in period before you start getting the optimal flavour and vapour, maybe +/-10 puffs, but it's better than any regular carto I've tried out of the box. Filling is a breeze and the heads are easily replaceable.

Whatever you decide on, congrats on your ProVari! If you regret this purchase, you're doing something wrong. :toast:

Oh, and +1 to what Dana A said about saving for your next one.

It sounds like Provari is where most people end up. Since its price is steep and the size/weight is more than I really want, I'm going to try the Ego Twist first. Even if I end up with the Provari, I'll still need a more portable solution at times.

Cheap way to dabble in VV. I bought a twist after my provari. Because of portability. Twist is great but the provari is still its daddy.

I almost went that way, but my favorite supplier didn't Cary it so I went with the VMax I just got it .Its a nice size and packs a punch. I will probably get a provari in the future, but this is my first vv and I'm impressed. It is shiny like stainless but im shur its not defaults to 3 volt when batterys are changed ,so i believe it to be a fairly newer version I'm by no means comparing the two, Congradulations on your purchase . I also picked up a rebuildable atty called a rat tank should be here tomorrow.
I'm Shur from what I have read you won't be disappoint one bit.
Take Care,
Don Selph
