Recently I purchased a black proveri with the 18650 extension cap. For two months, it has been well worth the money. However, two days ago I woke up, put a freshly charged battery in, and the device failed to fire. I did a automizer check and found that the atomizer was reading 1.3. After switching to a different attiy, the same thing happened. No firing, attiy reading at 1.3. I know the atties work, since I am using the same one on a different mod. I cleaned out the device the best I could, put a new battery in and it came back to life for about five minutes, then the same thing. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there something I can do to fix the problem? I emailed provape and haven't gotten a reply. I wouldn't be so pushy, but the proveri worked so well, I gave away my other two mods and am now vaping on an old blu. Thank you if you can help.

Hubby has never had problems with his 2 ProVari's. Once a week, usually on saturday, I do spring cleaning on all of my mods, then apply fresh noalox to the threads. So far, it has kept all of them including mine, in tip top shape. I'm glad to hear ProVape got back to you. They are a great bunch of folks to deal with.
