I also use Everclear PGA in anything I mix with VG and I clean my atomizers with it (since no water rinse is needed, it evaporates).

As long as it isn't denatured (added bitterants) you should be good to use it. Take care in knowing exactly what you have!

200 proof 100% ethanol doesnt exist legally. Even the moonshiner wont call his 200 proof unless he thinks your some kinda city slicker.

Pure Ethanol is often mixed with 'stuff' like gasoline to make it undrinkable and therefor legal for say putting in your car.

Closest you can get is the Everclear that's already been mentioned. If you buy anything else, you better know exactly what your getting. Anything claiming to be 100% pure probably isnt what your after and refined to that purity it aint gonna be cheap either.

Pharmacy is a good example the label may say 95% alcohol............but what kind is it and do you want to take it internally.............Doubt it.

Try some black pepper oil for a throat hit. Or add more menthol, or citric acid. Most ejuice (I know mine) has a more alkaline Ph, around 6.5, suposedly adding more acid = better throat hit, personally I don't care about that. Sounds too harsh and irritating to mucosa to me.
Grain alcohol (Everclear or Vodka) is gassed off as soon as heating begins, or probably long before that, would do nothing for TH. It is used mainly to dissolve extracts and absolutes or Ethyl Maltol for mixing in juice (to keep in suspension). Not for throat hits per se.
I do believe that anything above 190 proof would not be legally for sale, so "pure" ethanol may be a misnomer.

Pure ethanol isn't illegal (local law may state otherwise). It's simply expensive and difficult to keep pure.

Unless created in, then kept under specific laboratory conditions, anhydrous ethanol, 100% ethanol, will absorb atmospheric water until it reaches its azeotropic point.

This ethanol/water azeotrope would be about 96% ethanol and 4% water. One reason Everclear and friends are about 190 proof is that this proof level is 95% ethanol, about as pure as non-laboratory ethanol can be made.
