Anyone have Meringue (FA), what is it like?

I'm no expert but I usually will use 0.5% increments. It seems easy to miss/skip-over the sweet spot with FA flavors.
just curious what flavors and what you are mixing them into. like down in says .5 can change it..... I go +/- .5-1% to adjust. they say some of the tobaccos are even crazier tho, like point 2 up or down can totally change..
All non-tobacco flavors, mixed into Nude Nicotine 70/30 pg/vg, 12 mg. One recipe off the top of my head was HIC's Irish Cream Milkshake. I mixed it per the recipe and let it steep naturally for a few days . . . could barely taste it. I'm sure it's just my weird taste buds, because little ol' me once beat a 250 pound guy in a hot sauce eating contestThanks so much for the tip . . . I'll try bumping at .5% and go from there.
With lots of these recipes I'll make them into a base (a small one if the measurements are tricky). Say a recipe is total 3% flavoring - after tasting it, I may use it at 5% total flavoring. That way the proportions are the same. I'm vaping HICs wonderful Amaretto recipe this morning, but I need to bump up the percentage on this one - like you, I can hardly taste it (just enough I know it's fabulous). Certain flavors seem to escape my tastebuds, while others seem accented.

Just like Italian meringue cookies, which are basically sugar whipped into egg whites, baked til they're dry. There's no vanilla or fruit flavor in FA Meringue. A little Meringue is a spoonful of white sugar.
In a bakery-type recipe, Meringue makes it lighter and sweeter without changing the overall flavor. If a fruity mix is missing sweetness, but you don't want to mask the nuances with sweetener, use Meringue. wllmc's Biscochito recipe uses it really well - turns a cookie into a sugar-sprinkled cookie. Anything you want a little sweeter, Meringue will do it without the unpleasant aftertaste of 'sweetener. Start low.

Don't be afraid to bump up the percentages on that one substantially (Irish Lass too, by the way) if it's light to you. None of those flavors will warp into anything weird even if you double it. There's a huge range for 'yum' on Irish Cream, Caramel, and Vienna Cream especially.
Just want to say hello. I've been lurking long enough to read this whole thread! Learning and taking notes, going to start making a mess pretty soon. I have figured out what flavors I want to order. Thank you all for this wealth of information, the receipes and the fun.

Thanks! I'm getting my order ready for payday. I would really like to be able to make juices to my taste, and save the money though I know that will take awhile. Yep, starting with FA, and maybe a few from TFA, per the recipes I have garnered from this thread.Good to "meet" you, misswish. Are you new to DIY or just to FA flavors? I'm always curious to hear reactions to first DIY results using FlavourArt, so I hope you'll tell us how it goes.
Yay! Can't wait to see what you come up with. Have a ball!
Thank you! I'm getting excited to try this out. Not that I need a new hobby, but I have an idea it might become one.
It's on my list to order next time I order from Pure Vapes!
