How do you make the cookie dough ice cream taste like ice cream? I will have to order a bigger bottle next time.

OMG, this flavor is just too AWESOME!! Got it with "warm" TH and "icy" Cold Vapor(which is incredible BTW). I like this better than Butterscotch Cookie and will definately be ordering this on a regular basis, in biggest bottles they have! Thanks Nik!

I got my order 3 days after I placed it.. I originally thought that I'd ordered FlavourArt flavors from you, until I actually opened the package.

Tried the carrot cake. Spot on. Could really taste the icing... Then hit the Cookie Dough. Wow. My daughter looked at me funny, and asked me if I was baking something. lol... Then hit the strawberry shortcake. That was dead on as well.

You really do an excellent job. I've got another 5 or so flavors to go test, but I'm going to save them for tomorrow.

Fantastic service and fantastic products! Thanks!

Wow! Better than Butterscotch Cookie??? Guess I'll be adding this to my list, as well, since BSCD is still my favorite juice of all time.:)

I was vaping it yesterday when my son said, "Mom I smell Butterscotch??". I told him that's what I was vaping and he then said, "well, that's the first one of your juices that smells like what it's supposed to be and it smells awesome!" Out of the mouth of babes...

The checkout is now closed, but you are free to browse the store, create an account, and add things to your cart.

I logged into my account but I was unable to put things in my cart and navigate around the site. Can't wait til it opens up, I've heard nothing but great things and I appreciate what looks like a great attention to details.

Sallana,
You mentioned looking for an IE fix for the site a few pages back. There is a IE extension on the mozilla site that works with firefox 3.6.13, just an FYI.

Thanks, I'll check that out.

Sallana, does Nik have the credit card option yet?

As is stands now, the credit card processing IS an option and not currently available to the public. However, we have done some research and the only CC processors that are OK with e-cigarette sales charge a premium fee to sell it. He is currently debating whether or not it's worth it to bring all you lovely folks this service, because he would have to raise the prices a bit to compensate for the monetary loss involved in CC processing. That's where we stand. I'm sure he'd appreciate the opinions on this of his regular customers. Keep prices the same and offer Paypal only - or raise prices a bit to offer CC processing.

This is my take on CC processing. Vendors who first open use the PayPal..........I would say approximately half of the people don't use PP.........people are finding out it isn't as safe as they think it is. They avoid those vendors when that is the only option.....and a MO makes a trip to the PO and therefore, extra gas. I am not alone in this. I know many people who think the same way. I have used suppliers who give me the option of Personal Check...once it clears...the product is sent....I have no problems with that. On top of that...just one slip-up from a buyer who uses the something about e-cig and is gonna shut Nik's PP down. It's gonna happen sooner or later. By not offer the CC, he is taking out a third of his buyer base, if not more. I always thought money was made by volume of sales.

Personally, I will not order from anyone not offering a CC option. That is just me. So I wish Nik alot of luck. He is a great guy and I wish him luck!

You're entitled to your opinion Sandy.

So when did KBV start offering CC processing?

kbv will have the cc up and running within the next couple days. Bob and I had a special deal in the meantime.

Los, at least three of my friends have had to close their credit card account because of pp due to fraud. I am not a pp member and when I got an email last year, supposedly from pp that wanted confirmation of my cc number, I immediately called pp....they said it was going all over the emails and thanked me and do not give out your credit card number. Then he asked if I wanted a pp account...nope I told..I pass.

You are right sallana, I have a right to my opinion and I may be right or I may be wrong, I guess we will see in a couple months time.

He's been in business for 4 months.

A week or so before x-mas, I accidentally overcharged my bank account using paypal, which caused a negative balance in my bank and PP account. I overcharged 2 dollars and ended up in debt for 170$ because of bank fees. I called customer support and they corrected the outstanding balance and payed my bank charges and said "Happy holidays." - I love PP :)

Either way - The CC processing is available and pending upon the review of the loyal customers and how they would feel about a slight price raise. He's still figuring exactly how much he would have to raise the prices - I don't think it will be drastic. Maybe a dollar? He/We just don't want to do it without the valued opinions of the customers. As someone with a degree in business management, I am aware that limited payment options also limits his customer base and I have been gunning for the slight price raise. But he does have quite a few loyal customers and I've learned that building loyalty is a very hard thing to do, and as a business owner you MUST respect your loyal customers first. This is why he has waited.

Sandy, I am sure that Nikhil will respect and appreciate your input, and since he is on vacation I will apologize on his behalf for not having a payment method that is suitable to your needs, all customers - potential and loyal - are valued, and we do regret not being able to cater to everyone. It should be held in the back of your mind that Nikhil is just one person and doesn't necessarily have the tools/employees needed to really pull out the 'big guns'.

However I will mention just for people who ARE weary of paypal - If you speak with Nikhil directly he may accept personal check. This is something we've discussed but is not offered on the website at the moment because we are unsure of a decent way to implement such a thing. As you mentioned, Sandy, the check would have to clear before your order would begin processing.

This method hasn't been widely publicized for a couple reasons and I can't speak directly for Nikhil either way. You might give it a shot if you are really wanting to try something but prefer to avoid PP. You can e-mail or PM him or contact him through the website.
