Basically...yes. Look at it this way...when you make home made soup/stew/chili/spaghetti sauce...the longer it sets, the more flavorful it becomes. Same type concept....all those foods taste way better the next day, so yes...steeping allows all the flavors to kinda meld together and come to their prime. All juices however don't need it. I have found that basic kinda flavors (fruits and such) don't need it...the flavors that have kinda a dairy kinda thing goin on (vanillas/custards etc) do best after some steeping. With that said, none of the flavors that I have gotten (in 15ml) from Nikhil have required steeping....do they taste better/stronger as time goes by???.....yes, but they have plenty of

Now this all holds true for freshly made juices.....if you buy from a vendor that sells pre-made juice, well the steeping time has passed and "typically" setting it aside will not help it (unless it is a tastebud change thing).
