How was he able to order liquid that wasn't in-stock, btw?

We didn't get a box in the shipment from our manufacturer that had more juice in it, so while we added everything to the stock that we "thought" came with that shipment, some things were missing, which caused people to order juice that we didn't have.

LIAR!!! :p (obviously kidding) This thread is ridiculous. PS is a great supplier. My friends and I have always had very good experiences. I trust that they do the best they can with what resources they have... and then some. If I ever have a problem, I am sure they would work it out. People need to exercise patience. Gooooosfraba. ;)

WOW. Casey and the others at PS...I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU DO IT. Having to deal with that "type" of customer every day. I have to give you all the credit for being able to keep your composure.

And look. The negative comment/post was not deleted as was previously insinuated.


Because it's been covered with false posts and compliments. :) As usual. The original issue has still not been addressed. No comment was made about their customer service or business at all. Only about negative threads being deleted.

This thread has taken the routes of all other threads that criticize PS. Fake posters with loving compliments and things being answered that weren't even questioned in the first place. Geez.

If i want to puke rainbows and sunshine and other false lies, then I know exactly what to do. Criticize PS. I'll get enough unicorns and daisies to last me a lifetime.

I'm not exactly sure what your problem is. When someone (Client/Random Person/or otherwise) tells an employee of mine to .... off, I'm sorry, it won't be tolerated. Most (I believe 4 out of the 6 threads deleted) dealt with either a warranty situation/return/or just random help. All 4 threads were handled/taken care of then deleted. Even the 1 that told my employee to .... off was eventually resolved, and just felt it better not to keep it around. I asked early on that this forum NOT be used for individual client requests. Our ticket system has been working BEAUTIFULLY! Most of the time, emails are kept to under 40-50 at all times, and I have yet to see any real issue come up with our new system. All the main issues stemmed from Roughly March 5th - 30th (The time we were engaged in moving not only our Home, but our Business. We had email complications like you wouldn't believe, and worked very diligently trying to solve, which I feel we pretty much have.

Oh, and don't let me leave out what a REAL HONEST and REAL FAIR job he does moderating!

Puresmoker is one of the few suppliers I can depend on to be responsive and helpful. They will always go the extra mile when others fail. Take a deep breath and relax. There is no need to bash and flame someone that is going to help you. It seems that patience is a trait you do not have. Degrading and being hostile to someone will not get them to help you any faster and if it was me, your actions would most likely delay any assistance you might have received. Remember - No one wants to deal with a**hole.

The answer to this drama is simple-- avoid the suppliers forums you don't like.

There's more than one place to complain. It's not like Steve is given free reign to delete posts everywhere if they're not breaking the rules.

It's up to everyone to do their own research and use the Search function if they want to find out stuff. The suppliers have every right to delete whatever posts they want on their forums.

However, it's a bit daft to come into a post someone made complaining and say, "Well, my experience/order/product was great.", because for one, it's off-topic and secondly, it's annoying. If I went to restaurant and my steak wasn't cooked the way I wanted and I told the waiter as much, and someone from the next table leaned over and said, "My steak was great!" I'd be irritated. Because one, NOYFB and two, who are you the fücking complaint police?

Seems like this type of stuff happens here a lot.

D for sure, ...I also think there's an E, F, G, H, etc, etc. I think it would take more than Steve and PS to solve all the issues there.

Nico, Dovelove is/was referring to me. She is and has been accusing me as being a "fake". Since I have not bashed PS for anything, and only complimented them for their product and service, she assumed that I am a "fake newbie" and wont get off it.

Oh well.

i will say this with my limited knowledge in ECF rules and regs PS has not done anything wrong in removale of cleared client issues... now if any of those so called thread deletions where not client issuse maybe a reinstamante may be nessrary and SJ has said himself that sponsoring suppliers can control there own sub forums and threads as they see fit which is what i have seen with my shows social forum... Steve has been here a while and i have never seen him misuse his modding to anything but a help to the forum... on a side note Puresmoker and steve are two seprate issues one is a person who can make mistakes the other is a company and can also make mistakes give them both respect and time and all will be worked out
