Well, to start - Hello! New to this forum and looking for some help.
I did read through some of the beginner posts but I'm having a tough time filtering through the lingo :/
Right before my daughter was born (4 months ago) I "quit" smoking cigs (pack a day - Parliament lights and/or Marlboro 27s) and went the e-cig way. After trying the Blu disposable I liked the draw, the thickness of the vapor, etc. So, I purchased the kit.
As most users seem to have a shared experience, good at first then quite a let down. Initially it worked but slowly there were issues. The batteries stopped holding a good charge (my ONE good battery left lasts for 3 minutes of draws before needing a charge) and eventually started acting reversly - draw but doesn't burn, once you stop drawing the battery begins to ignite, then it doesn't stop until you take a sharp draw on it again.
I want to dive into the better things of vaping but don't know where to start. There are so many different routes and me being the only working parent for my wife and child, I can't be throwing money down the drain on experimentation.
I guess what I'm asking for is HELP.
I would like to get a starter kit that at least slightly resembles an actual cig in size, but battery life is a must. I suppose I can charge a secondary battery while at work or at home so something that lasts around 2 hours?
Also looking for something that has some "bite" to it. I find that the toughest time to not want an actual cig is the every-so-often time I have a few drinks. From what I've gathered this can merely be a differentiation of liquid used to satisfy both regular use and "strong" use.
Please don't take me the wrong way in not wanting to experiment. I understand that it may take a few attempts at trial and error but with help, 2 $50 starter kits is preferable over 5+ $50 starter kits.
I'm using my Blu right now and all I want is a Marlboro 27
Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions/advice.
