I could swear someone put a 510-510 adapter and and ego atty on a foxy box mod, no? Maybe the 3.7....hmmm

I do it all the time. I use the 510/510 adapter from madvapes. So far I have used my Echo mega cartos and giantomizer on it with no issues. I have used attys from egos and riva kits as well as one from my E-power kit. This box is very versatile. Battery life was over 14 hours after the first full charge. This box deserves 2 woots up... WOOT WOOT!!!

NOTE: For the Echo "E" mega cartos and the Giantomizer you actually need 2 510/510 adapters unless you have a long one. The standard ones are just too short.

Any orders today should ship on Monday, Tuesday at the latest. I have plenty of white 5 volt, and black 5 volt available. I need to prebuild some more 3.7 volt black box mods. EDIT; I prebuilt 4 this morning before work, so these 3.7s in black can ship Monday as well. Invoices will be sent Sunday morning.

I am out of the white 3.7 boxes right now, and am waiting for stock to become available.

Any orders tonight will be invoiced on Sunday morning, as i will be away from internet access this evening for an awards dinner for the industry I work in.

Thanks everyone!

Thanks! I was tickled to find some Color LR Atty's.

Did you get em from Liberty Flights? I've been wanting to get a Red one for a while, but, I've been avoiding atomizers with primer in them. Everytime I taste that primer, it makes me want to throw my computer monitor across the room and go out and smoke the rubber off of my tires rolled up in a used diaper :glare:

Can someone tell me if these LR Bauway atty's from ValueVapor.com will work on my FoxyBox 3.7v? The ohm rating not listed. The only atty's I've used have been the Joye LR 510 (1.5-1.7 ohms) and as of yesterday this Bauway LR 510 atty (approx. 1.7 ohm).

I'm still massively confused about the whole ohm thing, so I don't even know if this is something to worry about. I kinda thought all LR atty's were supposed to be in this range, but I don't like to make assumptions.

Low resistance cartos and attys are generally speaking for use on 3.7 volt devices to simulate the effects (throat hit/flavor/vapor) of HV vaping. When vaping above 3.7 to 4 volts you need a higher resistance carto or addy. LR is IMO anything 2.0 or lower. My 5v FB functions just fine at anything above 2.0 ohms.

OK thanks, that's good to know. I'm planning on getting the 5v in the future. I was gonna celebrate my 6-month analog-free anniversary with a 5v FoxyBox. But, unexpected medical expenses have put that on hold. Oh, well. I'm pretty happy with what I've got now.

I miss my Foxy 5v :(

I let a buddy of mine borrow it last week, to see if he'd like vaping... he hasn't returned it yet :glare: I think he has it in his mind to keep it! That will simply not do! He can buy his own! I think I'll retrieve it tomorrow, unless I find that he completely quit smoking, then I'll let him continue to use it... but, if he's still smoking, I'M TAKING IT BACK! MINE!

:lol::lol::lol:

That was my reaction the first time I tried an atty. I couldn't figure out what everybody was going on about. Then I found the baking-soda and vinegar cleaning method and thought "oooooh, that's why!"

I haven't ordered them yet, but I'm going to order these from valuevapor.com. They have red ones in stock :2cool:

Those are definitely priced right.

I'll eventually start buying primered attys again, once I get ahold of one of those nifty jewelry cleaners. But first, I need a job :D Until then, I will continue to use Ikenvape/Ciscos/ and I think smartvapes has zero primer in theirs as well? I ordered two to find out for sure.

I get stuff from ValueVapor all the time, James is a good guy, he definitely has the best prices around and he carries lots of colors! He ships super fast too. Not sure about primer in attys, I tend to just wash them all out before use whether they need it or not, but I seem to recall having an atty emergency and there not being as much junk in the bauways as the joyes.

I noticed that the Bauways I got in a few days ago seemed to be "cleaner" (I guess you'd say) than the Joye's I have been using. Can't wait until payday!

Ok, a few things.

!. I am hammered right now.
2.My company won a lot of the big awards tonight
3. I think I hit back space like 17 times in #1 and 2

I am honored with the discussion about cartos and attys in my thread. Meaningful, knowledgeable info about how to use them.

For those of us that do not own a variable device, it is possible to acheive different wattage and heat on our attys and cartos by heating the coil with different voltages on our box mods with differet ohm ratings on our cartos and attys

There are charts that show your wattages at different volts and ohms.

Some juice tastes better at high voltage
some at low
The ones that taste better at high voltages are WAy more satisfying than any other vapes at low voltages IMO

3.7 volt box mods are best with 1.5 to 2 ohm cartos
5 volt box mods are best with 3 ohm cartos

This info is a starting point.

You can adjust from here.

If you are using a 3.7v and using a LR 1.5 or 2 ohm carto, If it is too warm, go to a 2.0 or 2.5 carto

5 volts can be used in a huge range depending on your juice.

On the 5v the batteries will allow 2 ohms or greater resistance on your atty or carto, because of the protection circuit in the batteries. 2.5 to 3.0 is ideal. on rare occasions, certain juice at 5 volts are best at 4 ohms (high volt or hv atty or carto)

When I wake up, I will see about all the mess I made of the thread with this post. Thanks Greggory, Levitas, lemonshres, cleo, and eveone else for adding to the thread tonight.

I hit backspace like 789 times again.

I dont drink much but I did tonight. whew. time for bed.

Ok, just proof read, and am successful in typing a meaning ful post in 45 minutes.

No new orders thank God. time for bed.

Thank you all for you support, referrals, and educational material for new vapers that are lucky enough to find a box mod as their first ecig or first upgrade.

When will I upgrade from a box mod? After 4 months I still am not sure........
