OMG it was horrible. I couldn't sleep, couldn't get on ECF, there was nothing on 400 channels of crap, there was no one awake in my iRC channel, and the battery was dead in my ebook reader --- I was forced to clean my kitchen!!! Please, ECF don't ever do that to me again!!!!

This is my first mod and I am really liking this thing. Well built and works like a champ.
My first pull on this thing and I damned near drown in vaper and coughed a lung up. I learned after that.

Glad you are liking it. I forgot to mention I have 510 to 808 adaptors. If you need one, let me know. I know you mentioned you use 808 sized cartos. If you have a supply of them, I would be happy to send you an adaptor.

I want one of these mods but cannot decide between 3.7 or the 5V. Will be moving up from a standard Riva with Boge 2.0 cartos. Question: does the 3.7V battery decline in power as you use it or does it stay at 3.7? I need more flavor and throat hit as my Riva is only really satisfying when first taken off the charger. Am I going to notice a big improvement if I get the 3.7?

Get the 5v redcat and blow your soxs off LOL. there is no comparison between 5v and 3.7

My hesitation with the 5V is more juice being used so need longer carto, more $$, more research, eeeeek! The reason I liked the riva/boge system was that it was so simple and works and doesn't cost a fortune! But if it's that much better I should give it more thought. Any downside to the 5V? I didn't really want to blow my soxs off - ha ha.

I am not sure why anyone would choose between 3.5 and 5 when variable voltage is the best of all worlds.

Haha ! Well Red , what I mean is , if you are looking for more flavor and hit the 5 v will produce that for you.

I am willing to agree with the previous poster that a vv box might be the ticket for u . Choose your own voltage all in one mod.

Knocking your sox off can be fun ! LOL.

Yes, I have to say that the VV may be just the ticket for you. All voltages in one device.

Using higher voltages definitely uses up juice faster though. No way around that. I am liking the variable volt, and only travel with a 3.7 or 5v as a back up.
