Question: 808 or 510? Still don't know..

Hey, I have been vaping for a couple weeks now, and I am totally into it. I am still educating myself on products and terms. I anyone can shedshed some light on this I would appreciate it! I have a couple SI volt X2 650 manual batteries, but it doesn't say on their website and I can't seem to figure out if they are 808 or 510? This refers to the size of the threading correct? I want to make sure I am getting the right kinds of cartos and clearos once I start ordering from other suppliers. I know I can get an adapter as well, if need be. Does anyone know about this specific battery...?

To the best of my knowledge they are 808. Yes, it does refer to the threading. 510 carto threads are a male thread, 808 carto threads are a female thread. 510 is more popular, but you can find 808 cartos at just about any vendor on the forum supplier list. Smokeless Image cartos are very good though. I would probably buy cartos from Smokeless Image unless you are looking for a low resistance carto, then I would search some of the other vendors. As for the battery, a couple of guys at my shop use them, and they perform OK for them. Anything that keeps you off the stinkies is a good thing IMO.

They are 808 threaded connections. I have the volt X2 1300 mAh it also has what is I think is commonly called an Ego cone thread. I haven't tried any third party devices on it yet.

Ask away, they'll be glad to help. Pretty sure they are 808 tho, shame they make that difficult to know. There are popular carto's n attys that are available in 808, or get the adapter.
