Reading the anti-cotton thread, someone mentioned fiberglass in the silica wicks. Well I'm sure the SS has minute metal particles in the vapor. Maybe I'm wrong.
So I got to thinking. Take an AGA T for instance. Why not put some type of small round filter of some sort on the inside, on the inner top of the head where the drip tip is? Some sort of material that would trap the fiberglass and metal particles if there are actually any and allow the vapor to go through.
I realize the stuff would probably be completely clogged in 1 day and need to be changed.
