Question about Dekang I need answered please

Ok I ordered Vanilla from well several suppliers I love the stuff and am on the search for the perfect sweet vanilla.

But here is the question I have ordered from 2 different vendors in particular that have me confused.

Both of their bottles of vanilla say YDNK on the lid so I know that means that it is Dekang liquid but 1 tastes oh so bad I mean so so perfumey and the supplier says since I opened it I have to keep it although I know something is wrong with it, as well as the caramel, cream that was ordered none of the 3 would produce any vape at all. I know weird 1st time I have ever seen that and all three are tan color.

The other vendor's juice with YDNK printed on the lid tastes oh so yummy. Great great stuff and the vanilla is a bright red the caramel is tan and the cream is light color. All taste great and I love them.

SO how can 2 vendors having the same Dekang liquid have so different tasting stuff?

Maybe not the same Dekang liquid after all? I would find a vendor that you trust and stick with them.

That is a VERY good question.
I sure wish I knew what the answer was.

Personally, I avoid all Dekang juice like the plague, due to the perfumey taste.

Couple of possibilities.

1) There is a boatload of knock-off juice out there. Could be one of them is not actually Dekang.

2) Could be that vendors/distributors have their juice/flavors made to their own specifications. I'd kind of doubt that though since I would expect a large company like Dekang to want consistent product to THEIR specifications. Quality and especially taste/flavor.

3) Age? Don't know if it changes over time. How do you know if it's been on the shelf for a year or two? Do the bottles have a date stamp? (mine don't)

Vanilla is usually quite red from Dekang I believe, all ours are. I know they have been working on tighter quality control recently and also boosting up the flavours

If you are looking for a delicious Vanilla - you need to at least try Aroma eJuice... simply sinful ;o)

They - from what you describe - must not be the same juice at all - and no vape?!?!?! None?!?! Wow. I think I would flush those. Ugh.

Who are the vendors? I definitely want to avoid them (like the juices that turn green... oooooh nooooo... ).

I'm not sure what you mean that all three are a "tan" color - most juices I find our golden/tan/brown, some darker than others. The only colored juices I have seen so far are a few fruity flavors from a couple of vendors (like purplish-blueish grapes - I assumed it was to identify juices).

I'm amazed you found a DeKang liquid that didn't taste like perfume...

Yes Dekang Vanilla from E Smokey Treats is awesome bright cherry colored red not dark at all and tastes wonderful sweet and creamy no perfume at all. Ordered form Vapor Country and they sent me a sample tiny vanilla and it was that same bright beautiful red that tasted awesome. I ordered from esmokershop and OMG not sure if I can post how I feel about that liquid but if you read Do all reviews have to be good on the eliquid review forum you will see what I mean. They said it was true Dekang and they would take unopened bottle back but how do you tell its bad unless you open it.

And yeah I would go with the US mixed juice but so far I have found vanilla in a smokey bath taste (white) or vanilla extract (brown).

That's some grade a, xenophobia right there. I remember the days when JC had some of the sh**test liquid going. A lot of the liquids I have tried from the US have a strong, buttery taste and are horrid.

The 30ml dekang juices I've ordered recently contains the perfume/chemical taste.

Strangely, all the 10ml bottles are fine.

The vendors probably got the perfume batch.

I was going to suggest that you contact Dekang but thought I would do a little research first. Here is what I found:

Dekang is not my personal choice for e-juice but they do run a nice website and I have personally written to them in the past and gotten rapid replys.

Somewhere on this forum Dekang used to have a subforum/thread with a company rep. But I could not find that.

I do hope you post the name of the supplier you got the qeustionable juice from. Especially in light of Dekangs warning I would think they would want to know. If they don't care...I want to know so I don't buy from them.

It is just my experience that Vanilla is one of those hard to reproduce flavors. But if you actually like the Dekang there's nothing wrong with that,in my opinion. Just find a trustworthy supplier who is willing to tell you up front that they back their product. Or hang out at the classified,PIF,and sample swap threads and try a bunch of samples. Swapping samples is fun! I've done it several times with folks here at the forum and never had any problems. Everyone I have dealt with was honest and trustworthy. Hope this helps.

just remembered...I think you mentioned TV and not caring for it. First you should have no problem trading it off here at the forum. But also...Geoff will do a custom mix for you...he has the mixer right on his site...pick up to 3 flavors. But better would be to talk to him on his chat..or his nice wife, Mrs Tasty Vapor, and tell them what you want...probably a Vanilla "Light" as it were...worth a try.

The best vanilla I've had so far came from bombdropsvapor. Bomb Monkey Juice- 15ml

I have an extremely hard time sticking to a juice, I get sick of flavors within a day or two. Most of my bottles I never finish, however... I did manage to finish off a bottle of their bomb vanilla. Great taste, vapor and throat hit. The free shipping is a nice touch to.

Bomb drops vapor vanilla is decent a little too french tasting though. I do like several flavors from TV (butter cream) and their vanilla after letting it sit for almost a month was not bad either. I posted the names of where I have purchased YNDK recently in an earlier post on page 1 of this thread. I did contact the company and tell them that there is something major wrong with the liquid but was basically told I was SOL. Oh and believe me I spend most of my time over at PIF. Like I said I have tried a lot of flavors and many are not my taste so I love passing them down the line.

My first experience with Vanilla flavored juice came from goodprophets.com. Frankly, it's the only juice I've experienced that I can vape day and night and not get tired of it. If you go to their website, it's the GP USA Vanilla. A friend of the wife's was over the other day. When she came past me she sniffed the air (she has an uncanny sense of smell), and said it smells like baking. I guess that explains the vanilla aroma.

I actually have some vanilla from GP on the way and I will try DIY maybe I should make a vanilla review from all vendors I have tried vanilla from. LOL

Just so as not to rule anything out... it is possible that Dekang changed their formulation. I would expect juice to be in the distribution channels for months so if they did something like that you could get the new or old version depending on where you get it. Again, contacting Dekang might answer the question.
