OK... so how do I know which strength is right???

I know the prefilled carts I got with my kit were 16mg.

I Blazed through those.....FAST

I ordered and just received my first e liquid order and I got that in 24mg

So far so good...no jitters...no weird feelings....and I am vaping less than with the prefills...

I was smoking closer to 2 pks a day...How much nicotine do you get from a regular cig anyways?
I just hate to think I could be INCREASING my addiction...even though with no harmful chemicals I dont know if it matters..LOL

I use like a 30mg/1ml dose. I also mix my stuff in 5ml bottles each bottle last me 2 days. So that might be about 37 analog cigarettes a day? Maybe I am just guessing that if 30mg*5ml=150mg
then 150*0.5=75 analog cigarettes in two days. So 75/2= 37.5. No clue if that is right. That is sad I just took a math class and learned this .... and now I can't even do basic math with confidence.

vaping is way different than smoking, I have been vaoing for about 6 months now, and when I firwst started I was sucking on that thing like it was a crack pipe, only to realize later that it's all about rythm, you smoke quick and furious, you vape slow and relaxed, the average draw lasting nearly 5 seconds (with the 510).

P.S. You get more nicotine the harder and faster you vape, less the slower and more relaxed, so as far as strengths, stick witht the 24mg, and find your comfort zone, just rememeber, you will "not" get the same feeling as a cigarette, most new users vape constantly trying to get that head rush, which will never come during vaping.

In addition I think that it is funny that you asked a question and then asnwered it for yourself. If you don't have jitters or any side effects then the answer is yes.

yeah ....I realized how that sounded AFTER I posted....:p ...errr duh...
LOL

Excuse me while I place my brain in the charger.....LOL

Anonymous, I think your math is right but their are some threads on this subject that considers absorbtion in the body etc. It would take me forever to find and quote but I do recall them settleing on numbers at about half that at best. Suprisingly analogs are better at transfering nic. but at the expense of the extra 4K chemicals they include.
