It's fine...I like to hear all the suggestions and advice, and then take it from there. Seriously if it wasn't for all of you sharing your ideas, advice and success stories, I wouldn't even think of trying this now. I may try someday to mix, but not yet. Just trying to find some good ones, and figure out how to use my eGo, which I finally realized wasn't working because I forgot to click it 5 times real quick before using.

So my sugar cookie has been pretty good today, but a little sick of the flavor already. I ordered some from heavenly and now getting ready to go with stratomyst and check them out. They were nice and answered a question I had about the juice through email.

You know, I always saw smokers in general as more social, nicer people to be around. And even though ex-smokers are here...and now vapers...its still a great group to hang out with! Off to order more juice!!

Thank you all so much!! You've given me lots of great places to start!! I see at least 3-4 right off the bat. I need to get something that is satisfying and then I'll stick with it for now. You are amazing and so helpful!!

Great plan and good luck!

One thing I don't think anyone mentioned yet is that if you do quit smoking, your taste buds change a lot. Flavors I loved at first suddenly didn't taste good to me at all. It's normal. Now I switch between 6 flavors a day. It's also fun to mix flavors you like together and try them out. Mini-tanks are available for pen style e-cigs, if that's what you are using. You just have to make sure the threading on the connector matches.

Enjoy!

Thanks LA and Glo!

So one thing right off the bat I don't like - I filled with sugar cookie, and found I want to switch flavors. So do you have to have however many set-ups as you want flavors? I thought maybe next time don't fill them up so high and I will be able to change flavors quicker. So now I"m stuck with my only two clearomizers full of sugar cookie. Do you have to clean them out somehow between flavors?

So it's your place to say what she should be doing at this point, right? I just gave what I've learned for myself and shared the benefit of my experience, so if you have a problem with my doing that it's your problem. I think she might benefit from it down the road. When I was where she is now last year I got a lot from the DIY posts and ended up saving a lot of money and getting much better juice out of it than I ever got from the vape stores, so hey, what's your problem here girl?
Wow. my point was that she just barely has gotten started. That's all. And I'm 63 years old, not a girl. A woman.

Yes, it's a good idea to clean them out. Depending on your type, if it's only been used a short while, disassemble and place in a bowl with distilled water for about an hour. Then give a quick rinse with a mix of more distilled water and a bit of vodka (I get the cheapest junk at the liquor store). Let dry, preferably overnight. Reassemble and try out some new tastes! You go, Ann!

Just grab more tanks. :) I switch between tanks on my two batteries. And mini-tanks for trying new flavors. You're right, it's best not to fill too high with new juices. I've had them taste great one day and then can't stand it the next. You learn to roll with it.

You can pour the juice back into the bottle if you haven't vaped it much. Or just rinse it away - though it's painful to waste juice! And, yes, it's best to clean between flavors, and after a few refills. Thicker juices need more frequent cleaning. If the juice flavor changes or tastes burnt, for example.

If you have a very strong flavor, do the normal cleaning and then you can soak in denture cleaner or in cheap vodka overnight to get the flavor out of your wicks.

You do not have to clean out the clearo each time you change flavors, although some people do. You will probably taste a bit of both flavors, but that will settle down as you get more of the new eliquid soaking the coil.

LOL, glointhedark! I just outed myself as an OCD flavor purist. You are, of course, correct. Unless it's a strong flavor and you hate it or really don't want to taste it anymore, you don't have to clean the tanks. It can make it tough to really know if you like a new flavor if it is mixed with the old flavor.

That makes sense PennyLynn, glo and LA. I think I will clean it out - I loved the flavor earlier today, and later...not so good. It dawned on me after I asked that I could just get a few more clearomizers (for the eGo batteries) and from now on just not fill them so full :). And get a bottle of cheap vodka and some distilled water.
