Question about starter kit

I was just browsing through site the other day and i found this Freedom 5 Kit (510 Compatable) - MFS Inc.

I was wondering if this would be a good starter kit because it says it can be used with 510 parts which i could also upgrade it to an ego.
Would this be a good buy or no?

Not really...

For one thing, it only has 1 battery. What are you going to do while it's charging?

#2, a real 510 kit doesn't cost much more than that ($40 or less - with 2 batteries), so if you are already thinking ahead to getting 510 parts why not just start with a 510?

#3, this unit CAN NOT upgrade to an eGo (since eGo is just a name for a big battery and this unit is a battery-basically) and if that is your ultimate goal then why not just start with an eGo?

mfs might be better for noobs though 40% off code works for atty's and carto's too when I bought from them last week I got mega atty's for like $7ish each and mega carto's for $1.90ish

Ok, not to confuse this thread, but since he may look at both EGO and 510... let me ask this.

With my EGO kit, can I use that charger to charge a 510 battery if I bought one? Or too much juice or something for it?

I think you cannot charge an EGO with a 510 charger, but wondering if the reverse is true?

Do not use a regular 510 in an ego charger. The larger ego battery has a fast rate charger that isnot compatable with the standard 510 even though it will fit in the charger

exactly. although you CAN charge an eGo on a 510 charger - but it takes forever (and you need an adapter).
