Question About Using Eliquid Calculators

I have been using the ejuice Me Up calculator and it seems like a great tool. I was wondering if when using standard flavors such as TFA, LOR, or CAP do I mark these flavors as 100% PG in the flavor column for calculating my final PG/VG ratio?
