It matters what you mean about 'life', I believe our life energy/brain electricity never dissipates, where it goes and what it is is a mystery to me, whether a collective energy consciousness or perhaps reincarnation.......although I really like the way 'Defending Your Life' (the Albert Brooks movie) gives me some hope!!!:) I have spent some time contemplating this!!!!

Were you conceived on purpose? Neither me nor my siblings were planned!!!:lol::lol::lol:

Definitely not.......my parents wedding happened 6 months before my birth......not at all planned... HOWEVER my parents have been married for 39 years and still going........sooo....how ever it started it worked out for all of us :) My sister on the other hand was planned......or at least on purpose LOL.

Anyone find that no matter how much they plan........it never quite works out the way you plan it?

Yes. True enough. Depending on the complexities of involvement. Life is what happens despite our planning.

Is being spontaneous and flexible to situations a better strategy?

***DNC*** Defending Your Life was life changing for me. I love that movie. :)

My Mom used to call me her "gift from God" and when I got older I realized it was because I was an ooops. A very wanted ooops though. :)

Are you always "you" or do you ever adjust who "you" are to deal with certain situations?

You had the DNC invisibility cloak on!

I have a range of evolved behavioral reactions to situations. Each of those behaviors also has a range. I think we all practice our being ourselves each day and unless you have enough 'situations' to react to, and therefor evolve responses to, life could more easily throw you for a loop!

Sure but people are hard-wired from birth to react to situations differently. Couple that with learned behavior and it's easier for some to be more spontaneous and flexible than others.

What's for lunch?

When I was younger, it was a lot of swearing, yelling, and finding something to break. Now that I'm older I find myself removing myself from the source of the upset, maybe just for a minute or two to take a few deep breaths and compose myself before I jump back into it.

If you could go back and say "I'm sorry" to anyone, who would it be and why?

YIPEE!!! Home at last
To my beautiful wife at the beggining of our marriage ..... I was a straight up jack a** and a little crazy. God bless her she knew and taught me you can't stay mad at crazy because crazy doesn't care if you are mad. She would not have hung around if I didn't get help but I did and here we are.
What is the 3rd greatest day of your life?

That assumes I can identify at least a top 3... lol! I guess my top 2 would be the days I got to meet my babies for the first time... so next in line is probably Ground Hog Day, 2007. The day Tim and I got together.

Your house is on fire, you have evacuated all living things except yourself and you have time to grab just one thing before you get out... what is it?

yes. you have to where i live though i am being more careful after my last ticket. in miami you go about 10 over the speed limit unless you are on 3lane each way surface roads, then you hit about 55 in a 35. if you dont, you cause the accidents and they cite you. i just got pulled over for making a u in a no-u zone on a red in front of a cop. whoops. so now i go slower.

what would you do for a klondike bar?
