Hi All,

Still on the fence about vaping. I've went on it for about a week, completely ditching analogs, and started to feel a bit off, and had a weird tingling sensation in the side of my head. Kind of freaked me out.

I might try again, and just try to vape less. I'm currently on a 6mg strength.

I have a question for long time vapers. Have you noticed any changes or weird health experiences while vaping? What have been the long term effects on you?

Any wisdom greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Welcome , and besides just cravings for the analogs , no weird things that I can recall . After 1 1/2 years , all I can say is , my health has improved 300 % I sleep better , less chest congestion , sleep apnea went away , hair is growing faster , and thicker, I can taste foods again . And the list goes on and on . Only wish I had started sooner . Good luck on your journey .

At first I had issues with dehydration but I just got used to drinking more fluids.

Long term effects have all been positive for me. 3 years now. Although I don't vape nearly as much as when I first started.

Why is that Ive noticed tha I run a lot more dehydrated now that Im vaping as compaired to when I was using analogs?

From what I understand a lot of the vapor you exhale is actually water vapor from your body.

I say "Don't panic drink water." well or Gatorade or whatever. (Actually that is what they said in the Army when we did forced marches but it still applies.)

Dehydration isnt that big of a deal for me, Im always drinking water anyway at work(physical therapy assistant) I was just wondering if anyone knew why vaping causes the extra dehydration.

For me it's all been positive as well. I switched to e-cigs because I was rolling my own cigarettes and getting really tore up. I was starting to have to hit an inhaler every night and when I got a cold it always turned into broncitis. Now, no more inhaler and to be honest I haven't had a cold in about a year. I used to get them a couple times a year. I've been vaping for nearly two years straight without analogs at all. Before that I had been back and forth.

There is absolutely no excuse to smoke cigarettes anymore.
