I pulled mine out in the beginning too but I got it back on and it stayed put THANKFULLY!!

I will have to try cutting it a bit shorter and putting it together that way. The other older REO I was borrowing from a friend, the tube could be easily pulled off but it would go back on and stay just fine. I figured Rob must have changed the metal piece or something to where it needed to be glued instead.

EDIT: All is well now. I just need to throw a spare tube in on my next order. But that is no big deal. I usually refill my bottle when it gets down to 1/4 full anyways. I am back to 100% satisfaction again.
