Question on cool fire 4

Yesterday I got my Goblin Mini. First dual coil build and it came out great .5 omh. I set the cool fire down little by little until I got to 15watts. The voltage was reading under 3. I don't think it or my cloupor mini have stepdown. So is the voltage on the screen wright or are these devices showing that but firing at there lowest limit?

I'm pretty sure the coolfire4 does have step down so the voltage it's reading should be fairly accurate.

Thanks for the info. This is my first sub ohm vape so after the first day I set the watts/volts up a little as I got used to it. In the middle range of that device now and its just right for me. Thanks again.

.5 ohms at 3 volts would be 18 watts and 6 amps, so a little under 3 volts could be correct for 15 watts.

Thanks for the link Dave. It would seem like the cool fire was stepping down I've bumped it up some so theres no question its firing within its limits. Now if I could hook up the watt meter from my rc stuff to it I could waste time
