OK. so im on a quest to figure out how some of these juices have that "coating" effect when vaped. For example, juices like vaping mokey's juices that is absolutely devine, fuzion vapor's unicorns blood, or Jameson's Melon medley, etc. Even if people say use to use custard notes to have that creaminess, which contains diacetyl, is there any extract? or steeping process? that'll give off that coating feeling as if you're actually eating the real thing? THANKS ECF!

Ethyl Maltol gives a fullness and moist mouthfeel to liquids. EM may not be the only ingredient used to achieve a "tongue coating" effect, but I'm sure it's one of them.
Would you just add the 1/4 tsp to the bottle or dilute it with 10ml then add 1-3 % to the recipe?
I dilute crystals in unflavored 50/50 PG/VG. I measure 1mL crystals and add them to 9mL PG/VG.

So glad to read you create your EM with 50/50. I was under the impression that EM would not dissolve well in VG. Always bought mine in liquid form, but just recently order the crystals and plan to make my own. I was going to try maybe 80pg/20vg, just cause I'm trying to lower my overall PG ratio. So, you are getting good results going 50/50, right?
