Question

I placed an order with V4L on Friday night and then another on Sunday ( yes I know I have a problem)

I got a ship confirmation for my Sunday order but not my Friday order... anyone else ever experience this? I hate to bother them... I know they are busy filling orders from the weekend sale.... so I figured I would ask here first....

I placed an order on Saturday and again on Sunday and havn't recieved confirmation for either. If you look at the difference in order numbers you will see that houndreds of orders were placed. So yea, I'd say that they're pretty swamped right now...

I get that they are busy... it just seems my Friday order would have shipped first... I am only concerned because it was the largest of the 2 orders... the one I need the most.... If someone can tell me it's happened before I won't worry... but if not maybe they have a glitch they are unaware of...

There was one day that the order cons didnt go out.I think it was a glitch.

I placed mine: #41742, placed 4/23/2010(Friday) at 8:13PM. It still listed as processing.

You can log in to V4L and look at your account--it will tell you the status.

Thanks. Mine still shows processing too... so maybe Friday was the day cons didnt go out...

I ordered friday too and mine still says processing. Think it is just a glitch. They had a puter problem.

I got my ship confirmation from my Friday order... hopefully everyone else has or will soon.... Thanks for all the help!!! As always this is the best group around!
