Initiate the refund request process. Depending on the sale terms, the seller will have to pay return shipping, since it was not as described.

Given the relatively low value, compared to the shipping costs (twice), the seller will most likely reneg on return shipping, and you get to keep it- for free.

If he offers a partial refund, and you like the deal, accept it.

If he ponies up the shipping label, send it back, and you're out exactly $0.

I am not the type of person to ever try to screw another over, but he tried to screw you first. Show him that you can turn the table around, using the honest and proper channels, and put the ball back in his court.

Wanted to finish dealing with the seller before I posted anything else. He was actually really apologetic & offered to resolve it however I wanted. I decided to keep it & love the flavor. I wanted something with a single battery that would be easier to use on the go but was worried about not being satisfied with a less powerful setup & it doesn't make clouds like the crown but I am pretty impressed

I guess at this point the best thing is GOOD Inspection and LESSON LEARNED.

Brand wise, you did okay. Now, was it lightly used or Beat to hell?

Open juice - NEVER Smart to use unless from a Known trusted source - Friend/relative/ECF PIF.

Good deals can be found on Ebay, but it takes wise shopping. I've had thousands of good purchases over the years and a few bad ones.
