and i have some cartomizers purchased from vapor4life.

can i buy a 510 to 808d adapter and use the cartomizers from vapor4life?

is the vapor king e-cig the kr808d model?

Yes indeed the V4L cartomizers are KR808D-1 so will work with a 510 to KR808 adapter.
