seriously, Ive been thinking my cartos were burning out for about half a year now with my ego. The adapters should seriously come with instructions or something haha!
OK, I now have a definitive answer. My brother dropped off 3 boxes of the Greensmartliving cartos last nite. They are definitely 510, even though the company itself couldn't answer the question (oh brother!!!). Work fine on my 510 FM radio mod. Guess you are right, 510 connectors vary in depth. That's why we needed to set up an adapter for my bro to use them on his mod.
Incidently, vaping their "peach" flavor. Have to admit it does have a hint of peach, not very strong. I will use them then refill with some fruity flavor. They DO produce decent vapor, just not much flavor.

After two years, I found out that all 510 threads are different.
To find ones that are compatible with Joye510 is not hard, but some just dont line up perfect.
The center contact is a problem with some too.
If you XP problems with some cartos, you can try to pull out the carto center contact just a bit.
Or you could so the 510-901 and 901-510 dual adapter and just adjust the 510-901 out to make things "longer"

I understand you have a life outside of the ecf and selling e cigs altogether but I dont think youve ever taken this long to reply. Can anyone confirm that the DIY VG Unflavored 36mg Nic Base - 120ml is actually thinnned? it states the same description as the reg vg line i.e. having pg consistancy
How about the regular unflavored vg without nic used for cutting? (This one doesn't mention the consistency)

Problem is, it doesn't work. I stumbled across a video of kalojado reviewing this atomizer and he said it would fit on a 510. So I slapped it on my 510 and sure enough it fired right up! I thought an ego was an ego but perhaps I'm wrong. Was I supposed to buy an adapter or something to make it fit my ego? If I need additional hardware can you provide the specific link so I don't buy the wrong thing again?

There are two things that you can try to get it to work on your ego battery.
First is the toothpick trick.
You can use a toothpick or paper clip to try and pull out the center contact of the
atomizer. Only need to bring it out ever so slightly.
Put the toothpick into the center hole and try pull and wiggle the little tiny
contact out. If you use too much force, it could pull it out and damage the atomizer.
Very difficult to understand without seeing it. But once you see it and know how it works,
it can get alot of atomizers that were thought to be dead, come back working.
** I would say to check out GPTV, and then ask in the chat for the host to show how this works.

Look under the PV adapters, and select the 510-510 extension.

Just wanted to post that Rob and the good folks in the gp chat tried to help me out quite a bit, but despite fiddling with the connections the atomizer is showing no love to my ego. Despite the fact that it is a working atomizer (just not on my ego) Rob graciously offered to send me another one with my next order. Now that's customer service! So I've placed my 3rd order from GP and have some connectors coming. It's great to do business with a supplier who is so helpful to someone new to vaping and stands behind their products. I'll definitely continue buying from this company. Thanks again Rob!
