I was going to call or email, but perhaps others will get their questions answered if they search the forum archives in the future. I have some questions =]

1) I'm in Tucson. When I came in I was told you could not mix unflavored juice to a requested PG/VG level (I use 70%PG/30%VG) in-store, that was only available for "special flavors". I found it odd but didn't argue, and the 50/50 I was sold is working great. But, is this really your normal practice?

2) I wasn't able to open the excel files in the sticky, though I think that's a problem with my computer at the moment. Do they list the ingredients for each flavor?

3) Specific question before I order/stop in: What are the ingredients of your Spearmint flavor additive? Does it use alcohol or PG, natural or art flavor? (FreedomSmokeUSA) Is it available in-store?

Thanks!

I can answer part of your questions.

1. All of FSUSA's specialty liquids are mixed with a 50/50 blend. But, you can specify a different blend for the Flavor Range liquids (i.e., coconut, lime, etc.). They are FlavourArt flavors.

2. No, the ingredients aren't listed on the Excel spreadsheet. But, all the liquids contain FlavourArt flavors, pg, vg, and nicotine.

3. From the website, "Basically, we only put four ingredients in our juices: nicotine, PG, VG, and flavor. We DO NOT put water, alcohol or any other kind of cut into our juices."

Thanks for answering question number 2 -- I probably should have been more specific about the other two questions, as I didn't quite get the information I needed. Let me try again --

1. On your website, I can order unflavored juice with my choice of pg/vg content. For example, I can order 70/30 24mg juice on your website. I tried to order this in the store and was told I could not. I'm okay with this, and this is just curiosity really, but why the difference?

3. The product I'm interested in, and linked to, is not a pre-mixed juice. It is a flavor (see original post for the link) for DIY use. Do you know what ingredients are in this flavor? Many flavors use alcohol, water, pg, various artificial and natural ingredients. Do you know what ingredients are in this particular flavor? And, is it available in the store.

Thanks again, and I hope I don't sound like I'm trying to be rude -- I'm really not! -- I'm just hoping to be able to purchase from you locally, but want to make sure I'm getting what I'm used to as far as ingredients.

1. Unless there's something I'm not aware of, you should be able to order unflavored juice at the store with your choice of pg/vg blend.

3. I'm not sure what ingredients FlavourArt uses in their flavors. I looked on their site (Home Page) and don't see anything.

You don't sound rude. :)

Thanks! I must have had a miscommunication with the person I was speaking to at the store, maybe he initially thought I was interested in a pre-mixed flavor. But like I said, the 50/50 unflavored I got has been working great, and as long as my atty holds up to it I may switch to 50/50 for good.

When I run out of spearmint I'll stop in, hopefully your flavor is the same as I'm used to (just natural spearmint and PG): Perfumers Apprentice - Spearmint Flavor -- it is also a FlavourArt product, but I know they make several different spearmint flavors including one using alcohol instead of PG.

sorry Pam and I were spending some quality time alone last night :)

FlavourART has no alcohol in it they use pure extracts from raw ingredients.
Not every item we sell on-line is available in our store, there are many reasons for that but there are alot of logistics involved.
Although yes, you can get alot of diy in the store, just not everything.
The 70/30 unflavored nic juice you can definitely get in the lounge. Next time you drop in ask if David or Pam is in the office next door, we usually are and happy to meet folks off ecf in there. If not ask for a manager in the lounge, tell them you are an ecf member and you just wanted to know if they can call the owners real quick if you have a question about what you are being told. We are usually very accomodating.
FlavourART Spearmint is exactly that, pure spearmint. no alcohol etc. No artificial ingredients. We have a tester in the lounge mixed at 50/50 that you can try but we don't have 70/30 to try or whatever. i would have 300,000 sample bottles lying around if we tried to do that.
See you in the lounge :)
