Quick Question about 1.7 Smoktechs

Are the 1.7 seven smoketechs from MV basically the same as the "Ress#rect%#s" from elsewhere? I have had great luck with the "Ress#rect%#s" on my Rough Stack but would prefer to order from MV if the performance is the same. Looks like MV's are a little shorter which is fine with me.

They are of the short variety, that's why I get them here. Otherwise they are the same. They fit perfectly in my 3 ml tank.
