quick question about vivi nova

Ordered the vivi nova tank today along with some 1,8ohm heads.
Im mainly using riva 510 and the ego passthrough.
My question is, are the 1,8 ohms best for these batteries?
I also have a lavatube that ive barely used..guess i could of bought a seperate set with 3,0 ohm heads for this battery.

I've had problems with the other tanks i've tried. They quickly flooded no matter how slow i draw,starting to gurgle and lose vapour. Also they've made my throat irritated.

Looking forward to trying this tank,as its supposed to not leak at all either.

My nova 2.5 does not leak at all. It works great on my riva and ego 1100 mah batts with the 1.8. Okay with 2.4 and crappy with 2.8. The 2.4 on my kicked silver bullet at 8 watts is sweet and the 2.8 at 9.5 watts.

Any VW or VV mod would be good for all heads IMO. You can adjust it to fit those ohms.

My other ce2 tanks did not leak but gurgled terribly. I hated them all except 1 vision stone tank v1 that I still have but it's old and dirty.

I made the jump to carto tanks. Phiniac tank with LR boge carto. It's vapeaven

I went the other way - started with carto/tanks and decided I didn't like the filler taste in carto's. Switch to Vivi Nova and found the it to have a much cleaner flavor and much more to my liking. YMMV

I wish the nova wasn't a bit muted to me. It's just enough to keep me looking at it like "meh"

I think you'll really like the 1.8's with those batteries Frankster, and if you ordered the vivi nova kit, it will come with 2 other heads--my kits each came with a 1.8, 2.4, and 2.8--that way you can try them all out.

Replace the stock wick with a cotton wick, no muted flavors...

How big is your riva? Make sure you don't use a 1.8ohm coil on anything smaller than a 650mah or you could fry it.

The 1.8ohm , is good, but you will notice a shorter battery life between charges on your ego

i like the nova my self, could not stand carto tanks or cartos and all other cleromizers sucked big time well the ones i tried any way but the nova is money well spent imho...

Hi Frankster. Just a side note, I have noticed that on my Vivi nova I get no flooding or gurgling when it is filled just to the piont where the wicks enter the coil chamber. Any more than that and mine will sputter and flood like mad until I burn down to that level. If you ordered the vivi kit is should contain one of each 1.8 & 2.4 & 2.8 ohm heads. That way you could try it on all th devices you have and see which one you like it on. And dont forget that the drip tip has a little silicone sleeve inside the base, I slip this down inside the opening once the top is screwed on so that the upper silicone cant work its way off to one side and allow liquid to seep up through the top where the driptip seats into. I use the 1.8 oh head on the kgo and the 2.4 ohm on my twist -both work very well with the vivi nova.

I've had some problems with my gear the last couple of months, with new boge cartos pretty much useless.
My shipment of smoktech mega cartos that arrived yesterday werent all that good either,compared to the same one i had earlier this one doesnt give much vapour and gives me a sore throat.
So here's hoping the nova will be heaven

I'm using mine with the 2.4 on a Lavatube at 4.4V. It's a good setup - I also use a Puff Daddy - when vaping Cigarrillos (El Toro, House of Liquid) the taste through the Vivi is slightly sweeter than the Puff Daddy. Better flavour through the Vivi and Puff than any other tank type set ups - better than any cartos and almost as good as direct dripping.

Not worth it IMO. Too much work. Why should I have to mod something. I would rather just buy, fill and vape. Carto tanks just work.

The fusion 801's are supposedly good carts. With a stealth 510 adapter from avid vapers, it's a nice working cart on any 510 from what I hear.
