Im buying a used one tomorrow and I was just wondering if it was ok to boil the entire thing? I don't really like the idea of vaping something used, but a good boil would satisfy me. Are there any parts on there that wouldn't take kindly to boiling? I don't want to ruin this thing before I even use it..

I don't think it's really matter boiling all thing. All what matters is a drip tip. But.. if it gona make you feel better about it, why not. device made all out of... what ever metal and being boiled and dried properly shouldn't take any damage. But personally i will go with putting it in rubbing alcohol or just vodka (just because i'm lazy to run around with boiling water, fishing thing out with all unscrewed posts bla-bla), i sure will go with cold disinfection way.
A good vodka soak and/or a cleaning in an ultrasonic cleaner will accomplish the goal of cleaning/sterilizing easier than boiling, but boiling won't hurt it. Before you boil it I'd suggest removing (or tightening down) the post screws so they won't be jarred loose by the boiling action. It would also be a good idea to remove the o-rings since the heat could deform them. Other than that, boil away!

Thanks for the swift response everyone. While I know the drip tip is the only thing that will come into direct contact with my mouth, I just am a bit "chemical-a-phobic" when it comes to using a tank from someone I don't know. Who knows what kind of junk people are trying to vape in their tanks? 
The O-rings is a good heads up, I probably would have overlooked that, and I doubt I will be getting any extras from a used tank buy. I don't want to deal with alcohol, but rubbing alcohol might be a good second option. As for the ultra sonic cleaner, I really need to get me one of those, especially considering how much my DIY hobby has stepped up... my birthday is coming up in june
