spraying with just a little bit of butter flavored pam and some of your favorite mrs. dash seasoning is a fine way to give it some flavor without adding to the calorie bill.

All of this. One of my favorite cheap and easy snacks.

Carrots, apples, oranges, granola mixed with yogurt, and spinach/kale fried with eggs.

As for a 'nonstop' type of deal, try chewing some raw ginger root. It is spicy, I warned you. Start small and chew slowly, and work your way up. It is extremely healthy for the sinuses/throat/stomach/teeth and that spicy addiction helps replace the cig-mouth thing and makes your next cig taste horrible. Before I vaped, I did this to cut down severely on my cig intake and it worked (from a PAD to 10 a day). Also helped remove that slight tar buildup on my teeth from cigs (which is now completely gone thanks to vaping).
