As for a 'nonstop' type of deal, try chewing some raw ginger root. It is spicy, I warned you. Start small and chew slowly, and work your way up. It is extremely healthy for the sinuses/
throat/stomach/teeth and that spicy addiction helps replace the cig-mouth thing and makes your next cig taste horrible. Before I vaped, I did this to cut down severely on my cig intake and it worked (from a PAD to 10 a day). Also helped remove that slight tar buildup on my teeth from cigs (which is now completely gone thanks to
vaping).
