WTA did nothing for me, it just made my homemade juice taste like ..... For some it may help but I tend to think it is psychological.
Not even a little bit. The cravings I suffered were the deep, hard, bone-deep kind, just out of the blue when I was 10 days smoke-free and perfectly happy to be smoke-free again -- which I think was my sick digestive system crying out for anabatine. The day I added it to my juice, that night I realized I hadn't had a craving all day long. And, I didn't suffer ANY of the usual depression that I suffered terribly with, the first time around, at the 3wk and 3mo points.
