It seems as if there just isn't a truly flawless system out there for vaping yet, and by flawless I mean an easily rewicked and coiled RA tank system that does not leak when turned upside down/on its side and still hits like a freight train with perfect flavor and plumes of vapor.

It seems as if this is still in the realm of vapefiction, or is there a such a perfected model out there that I am currently unaware of?

elgatoenelsombrero,

I've only used a Genisis LV since January, and I can say whole-heartedly that I love it. When I keep up with the wick/coil chamber maintenance every couple days, I have had no issues with condensation/fluid build-up. If you're not familiar with this model, it's a top-loading tank vs a bottom feed tank. It can vaped it at just about any angle.

The only problem I've found, is that it is very hard to get a hold of one. I purchased mine thru a coop here on ECF. You can find the thread here. The only place on the web that I could find that offers them is here. BUT they're are out of stock. Your best luck would be to keep an eye on the classies.

That's my :2c:

How can I preorder the penelope? GoldenGreek says its out of stock and I wasn't surprised by that but I'm just curious how I would go about preordering one and eventually getting my hands on one.

:( here comes sad news, its best you try to get information on stock from the proper GG forum, i think the odysseus is coming back in stock later these year but like i say best to ask the maker himself for information (maker nickname IMEO) alternative you can try to see if you get one for a good price on the classifieds or just create a ad looking for one at a good price.

While I love my penelope and ody, with the other options available right now I would say you can look into the Phoenix Atomizer. GotVapes has them for $9 right now, order a few extra wicks and you are good to go. My Phoenix has not leaked a drop yet with the exception of the time my juice was a lot thinner than I expected.

Eventually there will be a supplier/manufacturer here in the states that can keep a quality product (like the penelope, bulli, zatty, etc) in stock and available.

I agree it will probably be difficult/impossible to find something that is 100% leak proof. Look it is like this, an atomizer needs a hole to breathe vapor through and a hole to let air in.........until there are small enough and efficient enough 1-way/bypass/check valves that can fit into and atomizer then I think we all just have to deal with it.

Now in regards to the least leaking or best chance of no leaks, I agree with Theken on the Phoenix. It has been very hard for me to get mine to leak. Maybe a lil seepage from the air hole once in a long while but no "drops of fluid dripping out of it" kind of leaks.

I also just acquired a G-Tank-US at it is amazing. It has been the best for me in terms of leaking. I can force it to leak through the inlet air hole but so far it' doesn't even seep from there on it's own.
